Assessment packages
Dyspraxia / Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (DCD) Assessments for adults:
DCD is better known as dyspraxia in the UK. There is a limited service in the NHS for the diagnosis of DCD for adults. We can provide a comprehensive assessment and report. You will need to attend the assessment clinic, which is just outside Hitchin.
Sensory Processing Analysis for adults (pre or post-diagnosis):
Sensory processing difficulties is commonly associated with neurodiverse conditions however you do not need a formal diagnosis to obtain this assessment. We will provide a comprehensive assessment and report focusing on how sensory processing difficulties impact your ability to carry out daily living activities. This assessment is completed online and includes a 45 minute consultation either face to face or online.
Handwriting assessment for higher education:
Most people with neurodiverse conditions will have handwriting difficulties. This can include difficulties with letter formation, speed and legibility. We can provide an assessment and report using standardised tests. The assessment will take about 1 hour and is completed in our clinic near Hitchin. A report will be generated, which can be shared with schools or universities to help with access arrangements.
Adult ADHD assessment (18+ years)
We undertake adult ADHD assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team approach. This means your assessment will be supported by a range of professionals to ensure a thorough and holistic understanding of your needs.

Intervention packages
Sensory Ladders / Sensory Diets:
4 initial sessions of direct therapy either online or in person. This will assist you to understand how to apply sensory based strategies to support your engagement in everyday tasks at home, school or the workplace.
Neurodivergent Occupational Performance Coaching:
Sessions of coaching designed to facilitate you to problem solve how best to engage in daily living activities at home, college and the workplace. This can be online. We also work alongside the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).
Post-Diagnosis Neurodivergent Coaching:
Direct therapy using a coaching style intervention to facilitate you in understanding your new neurodivergent diagnosis. We will share resources, knowledge and ideas on how best to carry out daily living activities. This can be online or in clinic.
Next step support:
Following a diagnosis of Dyspraxia, ADHD or Autism, we can support you with a 1-hour coaching session to explore barriers to participation and help you to understand your own sensory processing issues and executive functioning difficulties.
